First Person Surgeons (FPS) is a training program at UNOESTE that uses Counter-Strike 2 to improve surgical skills. Developed with esports professional FalleN, the curriculum is based on two decades of research proving that video games help surgeons develop superior motor and cognitive abilities for the operating room.
