The project transformed the fascist constitution into a vibrant manifesto, reclaiming the "blue pencil" once wielded by censors during Portugal's dictatorship (1933-1974). In 2022, we invited poets and illustrators to use this symbol of suppression to create inspiring blackout poetry and illustrations, turning the once-repressive document into a celebration of art and freedom.
