Diego Tórgo is a Brazilian-Portuguese Creative Director obsessed with meticulous craft. With over two decades of experience across three continents, he has learned that good design speaks every language.

A consumer creative stepping into the Pharma & Health world, Diego is trying not to be the odd one out, though he definitely has plans to redecorate the nest. He believes healthcare brands deserve the exact same creative standards, care, and high-level craft that he used to build consumer brands.

Right now, he is an SVP Creative Director at Area 23 in New York, leading The Refinery. He leads a team focused on elevating the agency's ideas and visual output, championing work that is as effective as it is beautiful. His background includes helping win Portugal’s first Cannes Lions Grand Prix. 

While he values hundreds of accolades from shows like Clios, ADC, The One Show, LIA and D&AD, Diego prefers to keep his operating mode simple:
