Diego Tórgo is a Brazilian-Portuguese Creative Director driven by meticulous craft. With over two decades of experience across three continents, he has proven that high-level design is a universal language. 

A consumer creative now navigating the Pharma & Health world, Diego isn’t looking to blend in; he works to raise the bar. He believes healthcare brands deserve the same creative rigor and aesthetic care he used to build global consumer brands.

Currently an SVP Creative Director at Area 23 in New York, he leads The Refinery, a team dedicated to elevating the agency's craft and ensuring every idea is as impactful as it is beautiful. 

From helping secure Portugal’s first Cannes Lions Grand Prix to winning hundreds of accolades at shows like Clios, D&AD, LIA, and One Show, Diego’s philosophy remains straightforward:
